Yemen has demanded an international support to confront Iranian terrorism as Iran-backed Houthi Houthi rebels continue to “force-feed terrorist ideology to thousands of children” and deploy them to warfronts against the government.
In a statement to Saba, Information Minister Muammar al-Eryani said that “a generation of terrorists” will “pose a danger to not only Yemen, but the whole world” in the future.
“The new anniversary of September 11 terror attacks remind the world of the danger of negligence in confronting the threat of extremist and terrorist groups of all backgrounds.”
The minister said the Houthi theocratic militia are “using Yemeni territories as a launch pad for their terrorist activities including firing Iranian ballistic missiles and drones and threatening international shipping.”
