Yemen's army repelled a new Houthi attack against Taiz earlier on Sunday, a military source said.
Besieging the central Yemen city for six years, the rebel militia has not stopped its incursion attempts and today's attempt resulted in at least 19 casualties on the part of the militia.
The militia, with large number of troops and military vehicles, tried to storm the city from the mount of Han and valley of Hanash to the city's west.
