Yemen's acting ambassador to Kenya Abdusalam al-Awadhi has brought the UAE's turn against the Yemeni government to the attention of Kenya.
Al-Awadhi briefed the Deputy Director of the Middle East Department at the Kenya foreign ministry, Peter Sango, on the recent military coup by the Southern Transitional Council, a UAE-backed paramilitary militia in south Yemen.
He pointed out to the UAE's fargoing support to the militia with airstrikes against government forces that also resulted in civilian harms as the forces wanted to retake Aden last week.
