Prime Minister Maeen Abulmalik has directed government officials to regard any orders or job appointments by separatists-held institutions in south Yemen to be invalid.
Militiamen of the Southern Transitional Council mounted on Sunday 11 August an armed seizure of the government's military camps and civilian institutions.
The Prime Minister has ordered ministers and chiefs of state agencies to block administrative paper work by the coupist entity.
