Stressing the need to unify visions and ideas that define health work priorities and are consistent with the plans of the government and the Ministry of Health.
He pointed out that the Ministry is working hard to direct support towards the areas most in need, especially remote areas affected by conflicts and health and humanitarian disasters.
He stressed that the equitable distribution of health interventions represents a fundamental pillar in achieving health equity and improving the level of services.
Minister Buhybeh touched on the ongoing arrangements for holding the health donors' conference in the temporary capital, Aden, explaining that the conference represents a strategic opportunity to attract funding and coordinate efforts between donors and development partners in the health field, which contributes to advancing health infrastructure and strengthening the institutional capacities of the Ministry of Health and its affiliated sectors.

He pointed out that the ministry seeks, through its partnerships with international organizations, to achieve a shift from humanitarian response to sustainable health development.
For his part, O'Leary appreciated the Ministry of Health's continuous cooperation and facilitations of the activities of the Health Bloc and all international partners working within the Health Bloc system.
