The Prime Minister Salem bin Braid held talks today, Monday, with his Egyptian counterpart Dr. Mostafa Madbouly covered bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries.
The conversations took place in the Qatari capital Doha, on the sidelines of the Second Global Summit on Social Development.
The talks also addressed developments in the national, regional and international arenas, as well as issues of concern to Yemen and Egypt, particularly those related to the two countries' efforts to maintain the safety of international navigation in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait and the Red Sea.
Bin Braik celebrated the robust Yemeni-Egyptian historic relations, highly appreciating the Egyptian supportive stances alongside Yemen throughout different stages and circumstances.
Madbouly reiterated Cairo's steadfast support for the internationally recognized Yemeni government and people.
