Prime Minister DrMa'een Abdulmalik has reiterated the determination of the government to keep on pursuing efforts to counter money laundering, financing terrorism and go on achieving recovery of banking system.
His statement came in a speech he delivered at a workshop organized Monday by the Central Bank of Yemen (CBY) in the temporary capital Aden.
The two day workshop focused on money laundering and regulations of exchange businesses.
Ma'een has asserted that the government is very keen on managing the economic dossier and very interested in fighting money laundering and eliminating terrorism financing sources.
The Governor of the CBY Hafez Meayad contributed to the discussions.
