Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Najeeb Al-Awj and the Chairman of the Higher Committee for Relief Aid Abduraqeeb Fatah discussed with the Director of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Aden strengthening coordination between the government and the OCHA on the developmental priorities in Yemen for 2019.
The meeting stressed the need to move from relief aid to development projects, including livelihood projects and the need to draw lessons from the evaluation of joint experiences between the government and the UN.
