President al-Alim Calls for Wide-Ranging National Alignment to Restore State Institutions, Eliminate Coup

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces urged all Yemeni people to align themselves behind the State Proposal, support the Armed Forces in the security services in the ongoing battle to restore the State institutions and eliminate the coup. The Government Team in the Technical Committee for implementing agreement of exchanging prisoners, kidnapped and forcibly disappeared people discussed on Wednesday with Deputy UN Envoy to Yemen MaeenSharim mechanism of implementing Stockholm agreement.

The two parties also discussed Iran-backed Houthi militia's tricks of hindering implementation of the agreement.

Earlier, the Government Team arrived in Amman for participation in the UN-sponsored talks on implementing the agreement on exchanging prisoners and arrested people with Houthi rebel militia.
