U.S. Embassy: UN inspection of ships in Yemen does not mean they are safe from U.S. sanctions

NCIAHRV holds meeting with ambassadors of Group 18

RIYADH-SABA
The National Committee on Investigation of Allegations of Human Rights Violations (NCIAHRV)held a meeting with a number of ambassadors and diplomats to Yemen and reviewed efforts of monitoring and field investigations of all human rights violations in Yemen.

The Head of the NCIAHRV Judge Ahmad al-Muflihi pointed out that the conditions Yemen is going through require shouldering full responsibility for ensuring end of killing and destruction to peace track and dialogue based on human rights and bringing justice to victims and this is the task of the committee in investigating all human rights' violation across Yemen and committed by all parties without exception.

The members of the committee provided a review on the most important achievements of the committee during past period as the sole body entrusted with field investigations and visiting the areas of victims and interview them in all provinces.

The representatives of the diplomatic missions confirmed the role of the NCIAHRV and supporting its efforts of monitoring and investigations of human rights' violations.
