RIYADH-SABA
The spokesman of the Arab Coalition backing Yemen's government Colonel Turki Al-Maliki has dismissed claims Houthis disseminated in social and news media that they have launched a ballistic missile and hit King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh as totally untrue.
In a statement published by the Saudi Press Agency al-Maliki said that a failed attempt by the Iran-backed Houthis to launch a ballistic missile was detected. He said that the missile ended in an uninhabited desert land.
Al-Maliki pointed out that the Houthi terrorist militias confessed through its media that they deliberately target civilians and civilian facilities in blatant violation of international humanitarian laws and rules.
