EU allocates €150 million for Yemen

The head of cooperation for Yemen and Iraq in the EU Delegation Augusto Piccagli has announced the EU's allocation of €150 million for Yemen for the next three years.

The announcement was made during the third meeting of the Rural Programs Steering Committee which was held in the UNDP headquarters in the Jordanian capital Amman.

The meeting which was which was attended by EU, FAO, ILO and UDP officials discussed the government's comments on what laid forth in the meeting.

Minister of Planning and Int'l Cooperation Dr. Mohammed commended the cooperation between Yemen and the EU in the humanitarian and development side.
