Among the crimes committed and, still being, are "the sieges, sniper shooting of civilians, detonation of houses, mosques, schools and hospitals, forcible disappearance of oppositionist journalists and activists and of military and political leaders whom the UNSC resolution 2216 requires the release of."
It added that "the militias' laid siege around the city of Taiz, now in its third year, and the baring of the entry of humanitarian aid or human rights activists to the city is putting the lives of civilians at stake."
