ADEN – SABA
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has expressed the Republic of Yemen’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the Iranian attacks targeting the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, describing them as a blatant violation of Bahrain’s sovereignty, security, stability, and the safety of its people.
In a statement issued Saturday, the Ministry affirmed that these attacks represent a highly dangerous escalation and once again reveal the aggressive and terrorist nature of the Iranian regime and its approach to undermining regional security and stability, whether through direct attacks or through its cross-border armed groups and militias. The Ministry stressed that such actions undermine de-escalation efforts and push the region toward greater tension and instability.
The Ministry emphasized that the security of the Kingdom of Bahrain is an integral part of the security and stability of the region.
It renewed Yemen’s full solidarity with Bahrain and its support for all legitimate measures taken by the Kingdom to protect its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
The statement also called on the international community to adopt a firm stance against Iranian attacks and to deter Iran’s behavior, which threatens regional security and sovereignty and undermines regional and international peace and stability.
