Minister of Interior, Major General Ibrahim Haidan conducted an inspection visit today to a number of security checkpoints in the interim capital, Aden, during which he conveyed his Eid al-Fitr greetings, along with those of the political leadership, to members of the security forces.
During the visit, the Minister reviewed the level of readiness and discipline among personnel at the checkpoints, praising the efforts of security forces and their commitment to carrying out their national duty, as well as their continued presence at their posts during the Eid holiday to ensure public safety and maintain security and stability.
Major General Haidan emphasized the importance of raising the level of security vigilance and strengthening coordination among various security units in a way that contributes to consolidating security. He also stressed the need to deal firmly with any attempts to undermine public safety and tranquility.
The Minister of Interior also expressed his appreciation for the sacrifices made by security personnel across various positions, commending their sense of responsibility and discipline in performing their duties in service of the homeland and citizens.
