The Minister of Local Administration Eng. Badr Basalma met today, Tuesday, in the temporary capital Aden, with the Director of the Office of the UN Envoy to Yemen, Brit Scott and the Political Affairs Officer of the office, Tamana Obeid.

They discussed ways to support and strengthen local governance and empower local authorities.

The conversations also covered development programs and projects aimed at promoting local development, enhancing security and improving the level of services provided to citizens.
