Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasim Buhaybeh launched here today a campaign to promote maternal and newborn health, which is implemented by the Population Sector in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund UNFPA.
The campaign, which lasts until 21st November in 13 districts in the governorates of Aden and Taiz, targets 382,413 women of childbearing age and will be implemented by a health team comprising 531 fixed and mobile pop-up teams.
