The Security Committee in Taiz, chaired by Governor Nabil Shamsan, discussed various security issues, primarily focusing on countering the terrorist plots of the Houthi militia aimed at undermining security and stability.

The terrorist militia desperately attempts to infiltrate the internal front.

The meeting included the Assistant Governor for Defense and Security Affairs, Major General Abdulkarim al-Saberi, Chief of Staff of the Axis, Major General Abdul Aziz al-Majidi, and military leaders and security agencies in the governorate.

They reviewed the directives of President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, which addressed various issues and their programming and timing.

The committee members were urged to rise to the challenges and work with dedication and sincerity, rallying efforts to confront any disruptions affecting the lives and tranquility of citizens.

Governor Shamsan emphasized the necessity of vigilance and security readiness to thwart the destructive plans of the Houthi militia targeting the governorate and its people on various fronts.

For his part, the Chief of Staff discussed the situation on the military fronts and the continued targeting of residential neighborhoods, civilians, and military sites by the militia, confirming that the heroes of the National Army were successfully responding to all failed attempts with appropriate force.
