Al-Bakri, French Ambassador discuss Yemen participation in Olympic Games

Minister of Youths and Sports Nayef al-Bakri discussed today, Tuesday, in the interim capital Aden, with France's Ambassador to Yemen Katherine Corm Kammoun underway preparations for the participation of the Yemeni athletes in the Olympic Games scheduled to be organized in Paris during the time 26 July to 11 August.

Al-Bakri briefed Kammoun on the Yemeni athletes preparations to participate in Paris Olympic Games, underscoring the importance of coordination with French side about facilitating the participation of the Yemeni athletes.

The French Ambassador praised the robust relations between the two countries, affirming Paris for the political settlement efforts.

Kammoun demonstrated willingness to further strengthen Yemeni-French relations including in the areas of youths and sports.
