An agreement worth $2 million to support local Yemeni markets

The Saudi Program for Development and Construction Yemen (SPDRY) and the Agency for Developing Small Business in Yemen (ADSB) signed today, Thursday, an agreement with total amount $2million to support local markets in the Republic of Yemen.
The agreement aimed to finance a project targeted three main Yemeni products: coffee, honey and onion.
The agreement is co-financed fifty-fifty by the Islamic Bank for Development and the SPDRY.
The expected outcomes of the project is to create 1000 job opportunities, train 24 mediator associations or companies and develop and train some 100 small businesses enterprises.
