Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad al-Hadhrami discussed Thursday with UK Ambassador to Yemen Michael Aron latest developments in Yemen, including peace process and repercussion of UAE- backed Transitional Council's armed rebellion in Aden and Abyan.

He confirmed that the government of Yemen will use its legal and constitutional means to end the rebellion in accordance with the national and international mechanism as the rebellion breaches the constitution of the republic of Yemen and violates international resolutions confirms Yemen's unity and stability.

Al-Hadhrami pointed to dangerous situation of Safer Tanker floating at Ras Isa, warning of Houthi militia delay and repeated hindrance of arrival UN team to evaluate the tanker. He called international community, especially members of the Security Council to practice more pressure on Houthi militia on this regard.

"The United Nations must be clear and frank on unearthing Houthi hindrance of the team's work for avoiding environment catastrophe," he added.

For his part, the UK diplomat renewed his country position supporting the government and keenness on regaining stability and safety in southern provinces and boosting state institutions under the government.
