Minister of Education Tarik al-Okbori discussed Thursday with UK Ambassador to Yemen Richard Oppenheim supporting cooperation in Yemen.
The meeting touched upon challenges and difficulties facing educational sector, especially printing school textbook, supporting teachers and qualifying them.
Al-Okbori confirmed keenness of his ministry on creating and opening new horizons in contribution for regaining educational order, praising efforts of the United Kingdom in supporting education in Yemen.
For his part, the UK diplomat praised efforts of the ministry of education for regaining educational order, confirming keenness of his country on partnership and cooperation with Yemen for the sake of stabilizing educational process.
