Major General Al-Zubaidi Visits Aden Police and Reviewes Workflow in Its Departments

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, conducted an inspection visit to the Aden Security Department on Thursday, where he was received by Major General Mutahhar Al-Shuaibi and a number of department directors. During the visit, Al-Zubaidi toured the police departments and divisions, reviewing their workflow, the nature of their tasks, and their working mechanisms.

Major General Al-Zubaidi also inspected the progress of work at the Joint Operations Department and reviewed the progress made in equipping the Command and Control Unit, which will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems via cameras installed in the streets and along main roads, as part of the Community Safety Enhancement Project.

During the visit, Al-Zubaidi chaired a meeting with Major General Mutahhar Al-Shuaibi, his assistants, and department directors.

He listened to their briefings about the challenges facing their work and the efforts being made to qualify and empower young cadres. During the meeting, the Leadership Council member praised the tangible achievements of the Capital Police and the Security Belt Forces in Aden in combating crime, combating drugs and smuggling activities, and their significant role in consolidation security and stability and enhancing public tranquility across all districts. In his address to the Aden Police Command, Major General Al-Zubaidi said, "The stability that Aden enjoys today would not have been achieved without your dedication and sincerity in performing your duties."

Al-Zubaidi added, "Your efforts were not in vain; rather, they have borne fruit in the security, stability, and tranquility we see today, which is certainly a source of pride and appreciation for your people and leadership."

At the conclusion of his visit, the Leadership Council member urged the Interim Capital Police Command of Aden to make further efforts to develop security work mechanisms, enhance the capabilities of young security personnel, and leverage modern technologies to advance security work.
