Yemen has strongly condemned the cowardly Houthi terrorist attack against Abha International Airport in Saudi Arabia, calling on the international community to assume its responsibility against Houthi destabilization of the region.
In a statement, the Foreign Ministry affirmed Yemen’s support to Saudi Arabia in any measures it takes to protect its territories.
The Iran-aligned theocratic Houthi militia which triggered the Yemeni war in 2015 is responsible for attacking genocidal crimes in the country as well as attacking civilian infrastructure in Yemen and outside.
At the end of December, the militia struck Yemen’s Aden International Airport with missiles killing and injuring dozens of civilians including humanitarian aid workers.
