In a statement, the National Alliance of Yemeni Political Parties said the Houthi recent escalation of military attacks against civilians in Marib and in Saudi Arabia is due to the international community’s clemency toward the militia and failure to enforce the UN Security Council resolutions of 2015 which, if enforced, “would have ended the bloodshed.”
