President Hadi receives phone calls from British Foreign Minister

President of the Republic Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi received on Wednsday a telephone call from the British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab.
The telephone conversation dealt with the Yemeni-British bilateral relations and touched upon the latest developments in the national and regional arenas.
President Hadi stated that Yemeni-British relationships are deeply rooted based on cooperation and strategic partnership to counter terrorism, Iranian intervention in the region, securing international navigation and eliminate Iranian-Houthi militia's coup in accordance with three reference for peace.
The President highly praised the UK's stances in support of Yemen and its constitutional legitimacy, deeply appreciating British role in supporting the Yemeni government's efforts to manage the economic challenges and hardships the vast majority of Yemeni people have been struggling with.
President Hadi reiterated his keenness to re-establish peace as this is in the interest of the Yemeni people. He voiced gratitude to the UK's, international community's and Saudi-led Coalition's support for peace efforts.
For his part, the British Minister reiterated the British government's support for President Hadi's leadership and government to lead Yemen to the peace anchors, renewing the UK's support to the efforts aiming to get urgent solutions to the economic and humanitarian hardships to allay the Yemeni peoples' suffering.
Raab restated that the UK will keep on cooperation and coordination between the two countries to serve the common interests.
