Fifth phase of Social Care emergency financial payments to commence soon

Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Dr Ebthihaj al-kamal said the fifth phase of Social Care Fund emergency financial payment project is going to be initiated tomorrow Sunday.

The beneficiaries will receive their due payments through Al-Amal Bank for Small Finance and Al-Koreimi Bank.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) total number of the beneficiaries is nine million around the country including militia controlled regions.

One and a half million families amounted to 9 million beneficiaries received Social Care Fund emergency financial payment in the previous four phases, according to al-Kamal.

The project is funded by the World Bank and it is set to continue for four more phases until 2020.
