Governor of Shabwa Mohammad Adyo discussed with representatives of the Civil Society Organizations on Wednesday issues associated with activities and efforts of the organizations in supporting local development.
The meeting tackled efforts of supporting poor families and those who were affected by the war waged by Houthi militia on people in Shabwa and means of coordinating efforts.
The meeting approved formation of a committee for coordinating activities and efforts of the organizations in the province to be headed by Deputy Governor Naser al-Qumaishi.
Governor Adyo stressed significance of the role of the civil society organizations in providing services to the province and stressed qualifying local cadre.
