Yemen's Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Fahad Al-Menhali, discussed with the UAE’s Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for International Development AffairsSultan Al Shamsithebilateral relations between the two countries and the UAE support to Yemen in the field of development field.
They discussed the results of the recent visit by the UAE’s Minister of State for International Cooperation ReemAl Hashimy to Yemen.
The talks also went over the magnitude of the damage inflicted by the cyclone Luban on Yemen’s southeastern province of Al-Mahra.
Al Shamsisaid that his country together with King Salman Humanitarian Aid Center have started some initiatives to alleviate the impact of the cyclone and the floods on the people of al-Mahrah.
