The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Yemen has participated in the Global Disability Summit with a delegation Headed by Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Dr. Ibtihaj al-Kamal.
Held in London and organized by UK Department for International Development, Kenya's government and International Disability Alliance, the summit aims at increasing international care of disability, bringing new voices for expanding participation, filling gap of financial and national commitments on disability and speeding up pledges included in the public policies.
On the sidelines of the summit, al-Kamal met with UK Secretary of Department of International DevelopmentPenny Mordaunt and praised support of the department to Yemen.
