President al-Alim Calls for Wide-Ranging National Alignment to Restore State Institutions, Eliminate Coup

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces urged all Yemeni people to align themselves behind the State Proposal, support the Armed Forces in the security services in the ongoing battle to restore the State institutions and eliminate the coup. Ambassador of Custodian of the Two Holly Mosques to Yemen Mohammed Al-Jaber has confirmed that Saudi Arabia Kingdom has been keen to support Yemen against Iran's scheme, besides supporting Yemen's national economy.

In a press statement Al-Jaber said:" Saudi Arabia Kingdom would like to see strong Yemen in which security and prosperity are prevailing. Meanwhile Houthis and their baker 'Iran" want Yemen to be weak where chaos, poverty and insecurity are overwhelming". He noted that Saudi's deposit of $2billion in the Central Bank of Yemeni comes within the Kingdom's supportive policy toward Yemeni people and their resources.

The ambassador explained that coordination is underway now with the Yemeni government to start implementing humanitarian missions, as well as conducting studies on the urgent needs in the seaports, highways and preparing for launching an overall humanitarian campaign within days.. He expected remarkable improvement in the economic situation and imports compared with last year.

Al-Jaber also has made clear that the embassy of Saudi Arabia Kingdom in the interim capital Aden operates normally and it has granted 20 thousand work visas for Yemeni nationals in Saudi Arabia.
