Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Obeid Bin-Dagher has ordered to allocate 60 million Yemeni Rials to procure five water reservoirs to secure water for Jahaf district of Al-Dale'a province.
The prime minister received Thursday local committee members tasked with following-up water and roads projects in the district of Jahaf.
The committee members briefed the prime minister on the problems and obstacles their own district has been suffering from, mainly lacking basic services on top of all water supplies.
The prime minister has given instructions to the concerned authority to take necessary measures to relieve population of Jahaf. To help in this, Bin-Dagher ordered 20 million YR must be assigned soon to provide Jahaf's inhabitant with water.
Moreover, Al-Dale'a governor and Water Corporation are urged to report about total costs of 'Hajar Jahaf Water Project' so as to be endorsed and established.
Minister of Public Works and Highways also is informed to delegate an engineering team work to pay field-visit to Al-Dale'a and conduct study about the overall cost to get 'Jahaf-Al-Dale'a Road Project' finished.
Minister of Human Rights Mohammed Askar and Deputy Chief of Staff, Maj. Saleh Azendai, were in attendance.
