The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Minister Shuraim learnt about activities and programs provided by the center, confirming on needed support from all international organizations specialized in protecting environment for protecting Yemeni environment against huge damages over Houthi-Saleh militias' war on the state and the people.
Mukkarram confirmed doubling efforts for protecting Yemeni environment from dangers it faces and invited Shuraim for participation in the Center's Council of Trustees to be held on October 19, 2017 in Cairo.
She promised on including Yemen in future plans and programs of the center.
