The Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani held today, Thursday, a meeting with the Head of the European Union (EU) Mission, Patrick Simonnet and the Ambassadors of France, Katherine Corm Kammoun, Germany, Thomas Friedric and the Netherlands, Jennette Seppen to the Republic of Yemen.

President holds meeting to discuss military situations

President Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi on Saturday held a meeting here with Vice President Ali Muhsin Saleh and Prime Minister Ahmed Obeid bin-Daghar.

During the meeting, the president was briefed on the progress of battles and victories achieved by the national army.

The vice president affirmed that victories are scored according to plans prepared in advance, pointing out that President Hadi oversees these plans in cooperation and coordination with the Saudi-led Arab Coalition.

He further that the morale of the national army's officers and soldiers are at the highest levels and all military unities perform their duties in accordance with military orders.

Prime minister spoke about service situation in the liberated governorates and projects which were implemented and inaugurated, and which their foundation stones were laid.

He pointed out to the projects implemented in the temporary capital of Aden and other governorates in the fields of electricity, health roads, provision of fuels and reconstruction.

The president praised efforts exerted by the government to normalize the life and restore the state institutions.

President Hadi urged Vice President and Prime Minister to exert further efforts to continue achieving military victories and provide services for people of the liberated governorates.

Meanwhile, the president discussed preparations and future plans at the military and development levels and efforts made to overcome challenges and difficulties.

The president highly appreciated support provided by the Saudi-led Arab Coalition for the sake of restoring the state and backing the Yemeni people to terminate the Houthi-Saleh coup.
