Riyadh, (Saba)- President Abdo Rabbu Mansour Hadi received Wednesday the Ambassador of the United States to Yemen Mathew Tueller and discussed with him the unique relations between the two countries and cooperation and coordination in security field.
President Hadi praised the positive attitudes supporting Yemen and its constitutional legitimacy in different international forums, which are increased everyday under the new US administration. He noted to his meeting with President Trump on the sidelines of Arab-Islamic-America Summit held recently in Riydah and reaffirmed support to Yemen and its legitimacy to put an end to Houthi-Saleh's coup backed by Iran.
For his part, Tueller expressed pleasure for this meeting, which comes in the framework of coordination and consultation between the two countries. He extended best wishes to the president over the National Day of the Republic of Yemen marking the 22nd of May.
He also expressed pleasure for the success of the summit that worked on enhancing relations with Arab, including Yemen, to face challenges and fighting different forms of terrorism.
