The Legitimacy-Backing Coalition has warned the Southern Transitional Council (STC) that any military activities against de-escalation efforts in Hadhramout, handover of military camps to the Nation's Shield Forces, and the empowerment of the local authority to exercise their duty will be dealt with directly on time to ensure protection of civilian lives.

Coalition spokesperson Major General Turki Al-Maliki stated that this warning follows a formal request from His Excellency President Rashad al-alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, to take urgent action against STC forces committing "grave humanitarian violations" against civilians in Hadramout.

The Coalition reaffirms its unwavering support for Yemen's government and urges all parties to prioritize peaceful solutions to the crisis, while holding those responsible for escalating violence accountable.
