Yemen's Ambassador to Morocco Ezzaddin al-Asbahi discussed Tuesday here with the Director of the Plant Protection Organization for the Near East (NEPPO) Mohamed Habib bin Jamal completing Yemen's membership in the organization.

Al-Asbahi was briefed on the activities of the organization, which is responsible for plant protection in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as the upcoming work programs for the organization in the Arab region.

He noted that the Republic of Yemen is among the countries that signed the establishment of the organization in Rabat in 1993.
Ambassador al-Asbahi emphasized Yemen's commitment to completing the full membership procedures for Yemen in the upcoming period.
