President al-Alimi Reviews Circumstances of Aden Shooting Incident, Directs Completion of Investigations
His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, held a telephone call Friday with Minister of State, the Governor of Aden, Abdulrahman Sheikh during which he was briefed on preliminary information regarding the shooting incident that occurred near the governor’s residence, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries.

The Central Bank of Tunisia kept its benchmark interest rate unchanged at eight percent and indicated that borrowing costs were consistent with inflation expectations.
The bank said in a statement after its board meeting yesterday, Saturday, that inflation would average seven percent this year before falling to 6.2 percent in 2025.
