The Masam Project for Landmine Clearance in Yemen removed 863 mines, unexploded ordnance and explosive devices during the first week of September and cleared 194,994 square metres of land.

The Central Bank of Tunisia kept its benchmark interest rate unchanged at eight percent and indicated that borrowing costs were consistent with inflation expectations.
The bank said in a statement after its board meeting yesterday, Saturday, that inflation would average seven percent this year before falling to 6.2 percent in 2025.
