Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi sent a congratulatory cable to President Dr. William Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya, on the occasion of the anniversary of his friendly country's independence.

President al-Alimi on behalf of himself, the council members, and the government, expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Ruto, hoping him continued health and happiness, and to the government and people of the Republic of Kenya more progress and prosperity.

He also wished more development and growth of the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
