A meeting was held in Aden today bringing together the head of the National Commission for Inquiry into Allegations of Human Rights Violations Judge Ahmed Al-Maflahi and and the chief of the Counter-Terrorism Apparatus Major General Shalal Shaya.
The meeting focused on a number of cases and dossiers that the commission is investigating, and responded to a number of inquiries it received. .
The head of the commission indicated that his visit comes within the commission’s program to meet with the leaders of the security and military services in the various governorates, and to review the conditions of prisoners and detainees in all security and police apparatuses.
