Minister of Endowments and Guidance Mohammed Shabibah met today, Wednesday, with Chairperson of Religous Affairs in the Turkish Republic Professor Ali Arbash on the sideline of the Consultative Summit of Muslim Scholars held in Istanbul.
The conversations covered topics relating to Yemeni-Turkish historical and cultural relations.
The two sides underscored the importance of further promoting bilateral cooperation in the fields of endowments and guidance to server the mutual interest of the two countries and people.
Minister Shabiba expressed thanks and gratitude to the Turkish side for granting Yemen scholarships in Islamic Shari'a studies.
He also highly praised the supportive stances of the Turkish Republic in support of the internationally recognized Yemeni government against Iran-backed Houthi militias' coup.
