The Yemeni government has reiterated its call to the international community and the Security Council to provide assistance in finding possible ways to resume oil and gas exports as a crucial step towards achieving stability and economic recovery.

Governor of Socotra Rafat al-Thiqali discussed Wednesday with Office Director of the Saudi Program for Reconstruction and Development in Yemen Mohammed bin Hamad possibility of implementing a number of vital projects in field of infrastructure.
Al-Thiqali praised efforts of the program during the past period in supporting and implementing a number of projects in several service and vital sectors helped in improving infrastructure in the governorate.
For his part, the Saudi official confirmed keenness of the program on implementing projects working on enhancing the stability of the government institutions and improving work quality and their production.
