SJC president inspects progress of work in a number of courts in Aden

President of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, and the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic, Judge Dr. Ali Al-Awash, inspected the progress of work in the Court of Appeal of Aden Governorate, the Sirah Court of First Instance, and the Division of the Commercial Court of First Instance.

The President of the Judicial Council was briefed by the chief of the Court of Appeal of Aden, Judge Muhammad Al-Junaidi, and a number of judges and employees about the workflow and the difficulties facing their judicial duties.

He stressed the need to make more efforts and speed up the consideration of the cases before them in a way that does not affect the integrity of the procedures and the validity of the rulings.
