The President Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to his brother, President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, on the occasion of the forty-ninth anniversary of the glorious October victories.
