His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) applauded the firm deterrence demonstrated by the armed forces on various fronts, their ability to take the lead in the fighting against the Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militias. regain the initiative, and inflict heavy losses on the militias and their military equipment.

He highlighted the operational efficiency and the outcomes of the combat operations achieved by the armed forces, including carrying out 756 precise and targeted operations within 72 hours on the fronts of Kitaf, al-Buqa, Alab, al-Jawf, Marib, al-Bayda, Lahj and Taiz.

These military operations resulted in neutralizing 2,316 militiamen, killed or injured, in addition to destroying and disabling vehicles, reinforcements, missile launch platforms and weapons depots.

The voiced his remarks during a meeting held today, Monday, included the PLC's member and governor of Marib governorate Sultan al-Arada, the Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani, several governors of governorates, some ministers and relevant military and security commanders.

The meeting devoted to discuss the practical measures carry out the decisions about the general mobilization and the safe return.

The term safe return is related the fellow citizens who will stop fighting alongside the Houthi militias and join the government camp. The safe return, means if they abandon the militias and join the government, they will be safe and unpunished.

The President reiterated his call for the citizens in the militias-controlled regions to stop fighting or working for the militias and join the government.

He explained that a safe return applies to anyone who decides to leave the militias and their Imamate sheme, stop fighting, or cease working on their behalf, according to the announced constitutional and legal guarantees and procedures, including settling the status of members of the armed forces and security and preserving their legal rights.

Concerning the general mobilization, the President asserted that it is not just about gathering fighters, but a comprehensive national mobilization of human, material, and morale resources, and upgrading the capacity of state institutions, the armed and security forces to carry out their duties.
