PM: Food security a government's top priority

Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik asserted that food security is considered to be a top priority for the government, promising all possible support within the government's capacities to improve agricultural and fishery sectors.

As he chaired a meeting today, Thursday, in the temporary capital Aden with the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Fishery he urged setting out the projects need to be given the priority and urgently supported in the agricultural and fishery sector.

The Minister of Agriculture and Fishery Salim Assoqatri and senior officials reported about challenges need to addressed and the possible solutions to improve production.
