Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Mu'amar al-Eryani has denounced Houthi militia for continuing hinder of Sweden Agreement on exchanging prisoners and kidnapped people despite of passing three years of signing it.
In a statement to Saba on Saturday, al-Eryani made it clear that Houthi militia continues hindering implementation of the agreement, neglecting humanitarian considerations and health deterioration of hundreds of kidnapped people in the militia's detention cells in miserable conditions.
He held the militia responsible of hindering the agreement and continuous suffering of thousands of prisoners and kidnapped people, including those prisoners captured by the national army in different warfronts.
He also held the militia responsible on the safety of hundreds of media people and political activists, whom the militia took them from their houses and locations of their works in Sana'a for exchanging them with war prisoners.
He called upon the international community and the UN to shoulder their humanitarian and legal responsibility to put real pressure on the militia to imminently and unconditionally implement Sweden Agreement on exchanging prisoners and kidnapped people on the basis of all for all and put an end to their suffering.
