The Governor of Aden Ahmed Lamlas and Director of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction in Yemen (SPDRY) Eng. Ahmed Madkhali laid down the foundation stones for four road projects in the temporary capital Aden.
These four projects are part from a package of developmental projects funded by the SPDRY.
Lamlas expressed thanks and gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, deeply appreciating the SPDRY's contribution to the development drive in Aden and other Yemeni governorates.
