Govt condemns Houthi militia's attacks on governmental team residence in western coast

Foreign Ministry has denounced with the most powerful words Houthi putschist militia's attacks on the residence of the government's team which involved in the mission of the Redeployment Coordination Committee (RCC) to implement Hodeidah agreement. The residence was subjected to 8 attacks early today, Sunday, by Houthi militiamen, 5 drone attacks and 3 ballistic missiles.
The Foreign Ministry said in a statement the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) familiar with "the militia's attack came just one day later of the UN's Special Envoy reporting to the UN Security Council in which he noted that there are some positive signs about the implementation of Hodeidah agreement.
The statement added" this is actually showing that the militia disrespects the UN's efforts aiming to implement Stockholm Agreement, this incident is jeopardizing the peace efforts one year later of reaching the agreement".
The Foreign Minister stated that this dangerous escalation comes while the Houthi militia has been continuing to dig tunnels and establish entrenches in Hodeidah in spite of the deployment of liaison officers and establishing joint monitoring posts.
The Foreign Ministry has held the Houthi militia fully accountable for these violations which threatening to foil Hodeidah agreement.
The ministry is calling on the UN and International Community to condemn this escalation, hold the militia accountable for the subsequent consequences.
