Oil Ministry starts promotional by launching website

The Ministry of Oil and Minerals started a promotional plan for the petroleum and minerals sectors by launching a website in the interim capital Aden today.

The Ministry of Oil called on all the media outlets to get the accurate information and news about the oil and gas sectors from the ministry's official website.

Minister of Oil and Minerals Aws Al-A'wd told Saba that the ministry's new website provides all information including a map of oil and mineral investments, reflecting the ministry's policy aimed at improving the investment environment and at providing all encouragement facilitations for energy companies to resume their work in this sector.

He pointed out that the coming period will witness several activities and field programs to follow up the implementation of new projects aimed at reconnecting more oil fields and blocks with the export terminals and at rehabilitating and developing these fields.
